Roam provides spatial capture and data delivery services. Service terms for capture programs are governed by separate agreements, including statements of work (SOW) and master service agreements (MSA).

Use of Website

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the website
Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers connected to it
Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tools For AGI, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client data captured through Roam services is owned by the client.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tools For AGI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the website or services.

Governing Law
