Plan
Roam designs the capture strategy: sensor selection, modality configuration, logistics plan, site access coordination, and regulatory compliance. You receive a program plan and statement of work before execution begins.
Execute
Our field operations teams deploy on your timeline. Capture teams are trained, equipped, and QA-supervised. We handle all logistics — permitting, site access, safety, and chain-of-custody for all data.
Process
Raw sensor data enters our processing pipeline: calibration, registration, reconstruction, and format conversion. Privacy-sensitive data undergoes automated PII redaction (faces, license plates, sensitive markers) before any human review.
QA & Validate
Every deliverable is validated against your specifications: positional accuracy, completeness, format integrity, and metadata correctness. QA reports are included with every delivery.
Deliver
Secure delivery in your required method: direct download, cloud bucket handoff (S3/GCS/Azure), API delivery, or physical media for air-gapped environments. Delivery manifests include checksums, metadata, and versioning.
